The Giants meet the Victorian Fury at Melbourne's State Netball and Hockey Centre for a spot in the decider.
It is the third consecutive year the Giants have made it to the ANL finals, where they hope to go one better than last year's heartbreaking grand final loss against the Tasmania Magpies.
Whilst the Giants' form has been a bit patchy, Giants coach Melinda Clarke says the new editions will add some depth to the squad.
"We have had five players make their ANL debut this year. Eliza Burton and Amber Brophy are two local players that we have really seen make an impact this season," Clarke said.
"ANL is a steep learning curve, and all of the players new to this environment have really risen to the challenge and are excited to head into their first Finals campaign
"We have great leaders around them with Taylah Davies, Georgia Marshall and Maddie Hay helping to guide them through this experience."
But standing in their way to another grand final appearance is the Fury, who beat them convincingly earlier this year.
"As a team we have developed a lot since we last met the Fury in round one. They are a good team, but we think we match up well on them," Clarke said.
"We will look to be playing our best netball consistently across all four quarters, in finals netball we can't afford to have any lapses in our execution."
