Police said they found a White Toyota ute on its side at a roundabout on Pialligo Avenue, near Canberra Airport, about 5.50pm on Saturday.
"The driver of the utility, a 31-year-old man, returned a positive breath test result over four times the legal 0.05 blood alcohol limit. His licence was immediately suspended," police said in a statement.
"No other vehicles were involved, and although an adult passenger and two young children were in the vehicle, nobody was seriously injured in the incident."
