Nick Cotric has accepted a three-game ban for his dangerous tackle. Some say the Raiders were unfairly targeted by referees, who decided the tackle was so bad Cotric should be the first player sent off this year.
So was a send off too harsh? Should it have been a sin bin or a penalty?
Cotric will be unavailable until the Raiders play the Roosters at Canberra Stadium in round 21. In the meantime, Ricky Stuart will need to find a new centre.
