Novotel Canberra, City
Novotel Canberra has reinvented the "B&B" with a Burger and Bed staycation. Dad will spend one night away in the premium accommodation of Novotel's queen room and wake up to a deluxe burger in First Edition. The B&B package is $150 and includes overnight accommodation and a Burger Combo meal.
QT Canberra, New Acton
Treat your old man to a (not so) civilised QT ManTea. Scones will be swapped out for loaded fries with pork ragu, and cucumber sandwiches exchanged for grilled Wagyu thanks to QT's renowned culinary teams who have designed bespoke ManTea menus with dad's palate in mind. Dads can take in the view from the QT Lounge, located on the hotel's 15th floor. The menu features mini versions of some of QT Canberra's famous dishes. The show-stopping treats include Pollie's pies filled with dry-aged beef braised in Barolo wine, mac and cheese croquettes and the ultimate Sunday sundae. $50pp and includes a beer on arrival. Thirsty dads have the option of indulging in an Asahi beer package for $65pp.
Beef and Barley, Kingston
The Burger High Tea is three levels of delicious dad food. From popcorn chicken and halloumi bites to Miss Piggy sliders. There's also a level of bite-sized sweets to finish off. $40pp, minimum of two with a glass of bubbly or a schooner on arrival. Drinks packages available from $20pp.
XO, Narrabundah
With a limited number of intimate table settings and a unique six-course menu plus dessert that samples the very best local and regional produce, there is no better way to say thanks to the main man than with lunch at XO. $90pp.
Morning Glory, New Acton
Father's Day brunch is always a very busy day so book now at Morning Glory. Serving from 7am.
Buvette, Barton
Spoil Dad this Father's Day with a special Buvette Brunch. Set in Hotel Realm's Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar, Buvette Brunch is a bountiful spread that includes a selection of savouries, charcuterie and cheeses, and a selection of decadent desserts. $55pp for brunch and a Capital Brewing beer or glass of wine, $30pp for free flowing beer package.
Pialligo Estate, Pialligo
Celebrate with a three-course sit down lunch in the Pialligo Estate Glasshouse. A complimentary beer or sparkling on arrival followed by a relaxing sit-down lunch, with shared options to mix flavours and family like you would at home. For the little ones who need to exit lunch more quickly than they started it, there'll be children's face painting and other games available so you can continue to indulge.
The Duxton, O'Connor

For $38pp (with a Newtowner Pale Ale on arrival for dad) you'll feast on an antipasto platter of cured meats, house pickles, marinated veg and grilled sourdough followed by a lamb roast of the day plus all the trimmings. For $55pp (with welcome ale) enjoy the same but with an award-winning rump steak with hand-cut chips, gem lettuce, red wine jus and garlic butter.
