The 34-year-old was arrested by ACT police, after 6.9 litres of liquid, believed to be the drug GHB, was allegedly found in a bag owned by the man.
The drugs have an estimated street value of $27,600. Police also seized a taser and $4400 in cash.
The man was charged with trafficking a controlled drug other than cannabis, possession of property suspected of being the process of crime and possession of a prohibited weapon.
The 34-year-old will appear before ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday.
