The Canberra Region Feltmakers will show off felt garments and accessories in Rapt in Felt: Colour Dance.
The innovative fashion parade features street felt, felted hats and jewellery show and runway parade. The "ever-popular" felt bazaar also returns, in which you can shop for unique felted items made by people living in Canberra and surrounding areas.
Presented in collaboration with Warehouse Circus, the show includes circus performers using juggling equipment made by members of Canberra Region Feltmakers.
President Robyn Primrose said the artists loved "the unpredictability and uniqueness of felt making".
"This fashion parade shows how a traditional textile process can be relevant to contemporary dressing," she said.
"Adding just one small, handmade felt item to everyday clothes can add a stamp of individuality or you can go all out with a bigger piece."
Felt making is "one of the oldest textile production methods".
Canberra Region Feltmakers specialises in wet felt methods where wool, silk and other natural fibres are turned into felt using just water, soap and friction.
The group runs workshops for people wanting to learn how to make felt as well as exhibitions and activities.
