Emergency crews were alerted to the blaze around 1pm, after reports of smoke in one of the buildings.
Firefighters arrived to find a small fire in a toilet block, which was quickly extinguished by crews.
Staff and students were evacuated from the school as a precaution while firefighting efforts were under way.
A spokesman for the ACT Emergency Services Agency said students were expected to return to class later this afternoon.
