Dean Britt, who Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett kept in the 19 on Friday night, would come onto the bench to cover George Burgess's absence.
It's believed Burgess picked up the injury playing for the Rabbitohs reserves in their NSW Cup preliminary final loss to the Wentworthville Magpies last weekend.
