They will fill the void left by Chris Doogan and Michelle Melbourne and were selected as the successful candidates by the nominations committee.
Faulks is the deputy chancellor at the University of Canberra and chief executive of the Canberra business council. Gordon is the chief operating officer of KPMG's management consulting division.
"Chris and Christa have excellent credentials and will bring a lot to the Brumbies board and for the future," said chief executive Phil Thomson.
"There's stability from the top down, from the board to the coaching structure. It's a real positive for the organisation over the last couple of years. It helps on a number of fronts with the direction of the organisation."
Brumbies chairman Matt Nobbs said: "Both Chris and Christa are long-term Brumbies members and bring a wealth of business knowledge and experience to the role.
Meanwhile, the Brumbies are expected to formally finalise their squad next week when they name their full group of training players before the start of pre-season in mid November.
