The four people were arrested over allegedly supplying the drug ice, cannabis and MDMA across Queanbeyan.
Police arrested a 33-year-old woman during a vehicle stop in Queanbeyan about 5.45am on Thursday. Almost a kilogram of cannabis was allegedly found in a hidden compartment.
The woman was taken to Queanbeyan police station and charged with 27 counts of drug supply.
She was granted conditional bail and will appear before Queanbeyan Local Court on December 16.
Shortly after the woman's arrest, officers searched a Karabar home on Boronia Street, where drugs and cash were seized.
A 53-year-old woman was arrested at the home and also charged with drug supply offences.
The woman was also granted bail and will front court on December 16.
A search was carried out of another home, this time at Jordan Place in Queanbeyan at 9.30am on Thursday, where a woman, 33, was charged with 67 counts of drug supply, three counts of ongoing supply, tree traffic offences and knowingly exposing a child to drugs.
During a search of the home, officers allegedly found drugs, knuckle dusters, surveillance equipment, mobile phones and cash.
The 33-year-old was refused bail and will appear in court on Friday.
A 17-year-old boy was also charged by police with drug possession and 12 counts of drug supply, along with two counts of ongoing supply.
