After losing the first three games of the series against the Heat, the Cavalry looked like getting swept in Sunday's fourth game after trailing 6-1 through five innings at Perth Ballpark.
But Jerrick Suiter, Jordy Barley and David Kandilas all singled home runs during a four-run burst in the top of the sixth, before a Robbie Perkins RBI double in the seventh tied the game.
Robinson's slam gave Canberra a 10-6 win to avoid a sixth-straight loss, improving their season record to 3-5.
