A Calwell woman and a Latham man are expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday on drug trafficking charges.
The man, 43, was arrested after police responded to a report of an unconcious man in a vehicle in O'Connor.
When police arrived, the vehicle's engine was still running, and the man was found slumped over the centre console of the vehicle.
After police woke the man, they searched the vehicle and allegedly found cannabis with an estimated street value of more than $12,000 and cash, believed to be the proceeds of crime.
The man was charged with trafficking cannabis, and possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of crime.
The second alleged offender was a passenger in a ride-share car just before 5am Sunday.
Police allege the 25-year-old woman tried to flee the scene when they stopped the car in Fyshwick.
Police say she was being found to be in possession of methylamphetamine with an estimated street value of $15,000.
She faces charges of trafficking in a controlled drug other than cannabis and possession of a knife without reasonable excuse.
