Simbiken helped orchestrate a 34-20 win, scoring twice and setting up two more to ensure his side would finish in the top two and hence contest this season's decider against the Raiders under-20s.
The two sides square off next weekend in a dress rehearsal for the decider. Gungahlin is the only side to have beaten the Raiders 20s all year.
Simbiken's side trailed at half-time on Saturday but the barnstorming centre was always confident his side would turn it around.
"We didn't get up each other in the change rooms, it was a positive chat, we just went in there and said this is our game to win," Simbiken said.
"I am very pleased that all the boys put in so much effort, that's all we ask for and essentially all that matters."
After starting the year with three-straight losses, the Bulls have now won four on the trot to secure a top-two finish.
"It is the friendship of the boys, we all got together and said we can win this competition, it's all in our hands," Simbiken said.
"We just went in there with a simple game plan to complete and our sets and simplify things and that has worked well for us."
The win has set up an epic showdown between Simbiken and his brother - usually best mates off the field.
"We had a chat at home and mum warned us both not to go too rough on each other which isn't going to happen," he said.
"We bring out the best in each other and you can maybe expect a boxing match between us to occur while on the field."

Bulls coach Neil Bijorac was very pleased with the performance, but said his side need to polish their performance up against a tough Raiders side.
"It was the first time we were trailing at half time and came back to win, which was very pleasing," Bijorac said.
"We are not at where we want to be, we executed some plays well, but we only completed at around 60%, where we want to be up at 80%, so plenty to work on."
And Bijorac didn't plan to rest any players in next week's grand final rehearsal.
"If they are fit then they will play," he said.
"Momentum is something you need going into a grand final and I do not want to be resting any players while halting any sort of momentum moving forward."
Rams coach Ken Nagas was proud of his side's efforts this season and was expecting big things from the club building towards next year.
"Since day one we have given it a crack, it has been a funny season, but our guys showed character all year," Nagas said.
"We couldn't apply the blowtorch today, but we blooded a lot of young guys this year.
"The club is in good hands moving forward over the next couple of years, guys like Daine Spencer and the Robertson brothers make me very confident that the club is moving in the right direction."
