But ANU skipper Dan Leerdam admits it will be a test of character for his bowlers as they look to knock over the Tigers in Saturday's day two Douglas Cup clash on a flat track at Kippax.
"It is going to be a pretty good batting wicket [again], if we can get one or two wickets in that first hour it will be really important," Leerdam said.
"But it is probably going to be a long day, I think we are not going to be able to win it before lunch, it is going to have to be a fight.
"Hopefully if we put in for that first few hours, we might get some reward at the back end of the day when they try to up the run rate."
Leerdam expected spin duo Abdullah Haroon and Nick Groenewegen to play an important role, with the former keen to continue his strong form with the ball, after claiming 11 wickets in the narrow round one loss to North Canberra-Gungahlin.
"He [Haroon] will be really important, particularly as it is going to be a hot day tomorrow, so I say the pitch might break up a bit and offer some turn," Leerdam said.
"Nick Groenewegen as well with his off spin, he is going to be vital if the ball starts to spin."
Leerdam's century is his third grade hundred, with all three having come against the Tigers.
And while content with his knock, the skipper said he was just extremely pleased with the team's effort, particular Amin's who anchored the innings while also reaching triple figures.
"I think it was a pretty good team performance, we had a few blokes score runs at the other end which made my job a lot easier," Leerdam said
"He [Amin] is a really, really good new ball player... It is pretty tough to get started as a new batman on that sort of wicket.
"It was really important he was able to bat through most of the day and then we were able to up the run rate a little bit towards the end of the day."
While Ginninderra will be without captain Rhys Healy, they will be bolstered by the return of all- rounder Brad Thomas who returns from representative duty.
Leerdam signalled out Thomas as a key wicket along with former teammate Owen Chivers, who will resume his innings tomorrow morning after finishing unbeaten on 21 at the close of play.

"Brad Thomas has been scoring runs every time he gets an opportunity, and he can obviously take the game away from the opposition pretty quickly," Leerdam said.
"He is going to be an important one, but I also think Owen Chivers, he is probably going to look to try and bat through most of the day and have people bat around him.
"If we can get him it will really open up that middle order ... there's still plenty of batting there and we are going to have to take 10 wickets."
Meanwhile, Queanbeyan will look to build on a strong first day at home against Tuggeranong, after compiling 8-274 last weekend.
