Pocock will feature in the first episode alongside retired Czech tennis star Lucy Safarova, to discuss the extreme heat which blanketed the 2014 Australian Open.
Southampton's English Premier League midfielder Oriol Romeu will also feature on the series, as will Scottish rower Melissa Wilson and Great Britain triathlon coach Ben Bright.
Pocock said humanity faced a crucial challenge in controlling climate change.
"The reality is we have all the tools we need, we just need to be willing to make changes and demand that our leaders do that," Pocock said.
"In ten years' time, we really need to have got our emissions beneath 50 per cent and de-carbonised most of the world's economies. It's a huge challenge but that's one thing that human's are great at facing.
