"ARC is a celebration of quality and community," he says.
"It's a place to meet, a place to eat, a place for good coffee, and a place to enjoy your surroundings in a thoughtfully designed space."
ARC was created with artisanship and collaboration at the forefront. The new space showcases local creators, with furniture designed by Tom Skeehan and an interior concept developed by Capezio Copeland.
"We have spent the past decade creating and sharing specialty coffee, committed to quality and ensuring that as a company we have a positive impact on our community and environment," Manning says.
"It was crucial to us that the design of ARC reflects that. We wanted to bring together the creative minds of Canberra to create a new space that celebrates quality, community and a local-first approach."
At the heart of ARC is an extensive specialty-coffee offering showcasing Redbrick's four distinctive blends as well as a rotating selection of single origins. The space boasts a custom-made four group La Marzocco KB90 coffee machine, only the second of its kind in the world.
