Griffiths is starring in political drama Total Control, partly filmed in Canberra. Dale is one of the producers.
Griffiths this week won Best Supporting Actress in a Television Drama at the 2021 AACTA Awards for her role as prime minister Rachel Anderson.
Monday's event will give fans and screen creators the opportunity to take a peek behind the scenes and ask questions about the production.
Screen Canberra chief executive Monica Penders said it was a chance to hear directly from legends of the Australian industry.
"We are excited to be able to offer this rare opportunity for people to engage directly with the creators of the popular ABC series," she said.
"We proudly provided funding for the first and second series of Total Control through the CBR Screen Investment Fund, so we have been on the journey with them and understand the wealth of experience and knowledge they have. I'd strongly encourage anyone in the industry to register."
