NSW Police said the man died at the scene of the crash, which happened about 1pm on Laggan Taralga Road.
A police spokeswoman said it was unclear what caused the crash.
NSW Police will prepare a report for the coroner, and appealed for anyone with information on the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
