A man who allegedly set off fireworks in two Canberra nightclubs almost six years ago has handed himself in to police.

Scott Wyatt, 31, appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with two counts of arson with explosive devices and one drug offence.
The court heard Wyatt had said God instructed him to hand himself in.
He allegedly told police he had other explosive devices inside a vehicle and claimed a member of the Australian intelligence services was involved.
Both the prosecution and defence agreed to have the man referred to mental health services, which will determine whether he is in need of immediate treatment.
Fireworks were set off in the bathrooms of former Canberra nightclubs ICBM and Meche in February, 2011.
At the time, police estimated the damage from the explosions to be worth more than $50,000.
During his arrest, police allege they found a crystalline substance on the man.
The matter will not return to court until he has been assessed.
Both Meche and ICBM closed in 2014.
