An audit of delivery drivers by the Kingston franchisee had found errors in payment for two drivers, but the staff had since been paid all owed money, Crust Pizza's head office said.

The audit occurred after former driver Simon Cole told Fairfax Media last week he had been dismissed by the store manager because he had challenged the cash payments and underpayments he received for three months.
Mr Cole's union representative said the former driver had received $1000 from Crust this week.
Mr Cole said the store manager had told him in late January the other drivers were happy to receive cash, and those who objected to the off-the-books cash payments were "let go".
A spokeswoman for Retail Food Group, which owns the Crust franchise system, said this week the franchisee had found the majority of delivery drivers were being paid the correct wage in line with the award.
"In one case, a delivery driver was paid in excess of what the relevant award mandated," she said.
"Errors in payment were discovered for two drivers, and these team members have now been paid all monies owed."
United Voice senior legal officer Stefan Russell-Uren said Mr Cole's Fair Work application for compensation for the dismissal and underpayments remained active.
Mr Russell-Uren noted the statement from Retail did not mention whether workers, even if paid award rates, were paid super or in cash.
There was no response from Retail or from the Kingston franchisee, which operates under the company SAI Hospitality, when asked about the nature of payments and super.
Mr Cole said there were 15 drivers when SAI, co-directed by Jinesh Shah, took over the Kingston store in early November, but this had been quickly cut and there were now only eight. He had worked some six-night and seven-night shifts per week to fill in the gap, he said, before he was cut from the roster after his requests.
"It's devastating," he said.
"I felt absolutely powerless, with no bargaining position."
Mr Cole, also studying an advanced diploma in youth work, said his base pay in cash was $15 an hour, when he should have been receiving $23.83 per hour under the award.
The $18,200 annual tax-free threshold and superannuation entitlements undermine any suggested benefits of receiving cash in hand.
