Four Finks bikie gang members will face court on fraud charges after they allegedly used fake addresses to get ACT drivers licences.

The NSW-based men were arrested during a week-long crackdown on outlaw motorcycle groups at the end of March as part of national disruption efforts.
NSW police launched an investigation into Finks members from the state illegally obtaining ACT drivers licences as part of the operation.
Police will allege the men used fake documents with false addresses to get the licences.
They charged a man, 24, with two counts of making a false statement and one count of using a false document and false statutory declaration.
A 38-year-old man faced two counts of making a false statement and two counts of using a false document.
Police also charged a man, 25, with producing a misleading document and making a false statement
A 21-year-old man faces charges of making a false statement and using a false document.
The men will all appear before the ACT Magistrates Court in May.
The ACT Roads and Traffic Authority cancelled the licences.
An ACT Policing spokeswoman said that during the crackdown officers from Taskforce Nemesis had focused on gang members using the territory to aid their criminal activity.
The Finks do not currently have an established presence in the ACT.
The spokeswoman said police didn't have any evidence or intelligence to suggest the Finks planned to set up a chapter in the ACT.
"The alleged fraudulent obtaining of ACT drivers licences would appear to be opportunistic only due to our geographical proximity to NSW," she said.
