They're in early talks with Wigan about playing a pre-season trial against the English Super League club ahead of the 2020 NRL season.
It could include a pre-season camp in the lead-up to the game, with the added bonus of allowing their horde of Englishmen to visit friends and family.
The Raiders have struck up a relationship with the Warriors having had to negotiate transfer fees before signing two of their players - John Bateman and George Williams, who will join the Raiders in the off-season.
They also signed former Wigan prop Ryan Sutton last year.
It means Williams' first hit out in lime green could be up against his current club, who are on track to play in the upcoming Super League finals.
Given the number of Englishmen at the Green Machine - it will rise to five next year following Williams' arrival - Raiders games have become popular on Sky Sports, which is England's equivalent of Fox.
With Sky showing three NRL games per week, the Raiders have had 14 of their 19 games televised in England - something Raiders chief executive Don Furner said has never happened before.
This Sunday's blockbuster against the Sydney Roosters at Canberra Stadium will also be shown.
It's a battle between second and third on the NRL ladder, with second place and a home final in the first week of the play-offs potentially on the line.
MORE RAIDERS NEWS
The Raiders are hoping to get 20,000 through the gates to help create a finals-like atmosphere.
"There is a fair bit of interest in us in the north of England now with four - five next year - UK players," Furner said.
"We now know that BSkyB are showing a lot of our games up north, which has never happened before.
"On the back of that there's certainly interest in hosting us in a trial game over there next year.
"Hopefully we're over there for the world club challenge anyway, but failing that this is something we'll explore.
"We've been dealing with Wigan on two players and then the talks went from there.
"It could well be a training camp for a week and lead into a game.
"It's good to know we are in that sort of demand because in years gone by it would've been other clubs."
The Raiders are considering taking their recruitment of English players to the next level, having already signed about a third of the national team.
They have England hooker Josh Hodgson, their entire second row in Bateman and Elliott Whitehead, Sutton's potentially a future international prop and Williams is one of the halves.
Sutton (calf) has returned to the Raiders' line-up to face the Roosters after missing the past four games.
Now Furner said they could look to the future and bring the next generation of English stars to Canberra as well.
"Names keep coming up and we keep looking," he said.
"We're looking at some of the younger guys too. I've spoken to a couple of clubs about going to that next level down and looking at some younger guys and giving them an opportunity at 20s.
"It might be a faster development pathway for them and they go back and play at their club. So we're looking at that as well."
The Raiders will test the waters about capitalising on their popularity in England offering fans there a membership package for next year.
They will look to launch it during the upcoming finals series, which the third-placed Raiders are on track to make for the first time since 2016.
"We were surprised how much interest there was in the north of England and on that back of that we're looking to launch a UK membership for the Raiders in that market," Furner said.
"You never know if you don't try. Certainly the timing is right for us to do that and we'll look to do that throughout September."
