Canberra will open their campaign against the GWS Giants at Phillip Oval on April 4, with five of the Demons' first six games coming at home.
An annual Good Friday clash with the Southport Sharks on April 10 is followed soon after by an ANZAC Day showdown with the Aspley Hornets a fortnight later.
The Demons have 11 home games in an 18-match season in a huge boost to their finals ambitions following a disappointing return in their 2019 campaign.
GWS are the only AFL club the Demons meet twice, with Canberra meeting reigning premiers Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sydney Swans once apiece.
Reigning best and fairest winner Angus Baker has re-signed with Canberra for the 2020 campaign to offset the loss of Tom Highmore to the SANFL.
Mitch Maguire, Josh Maynard, Billy Clark, Donald Roberts and Guy Richardson have all committed to the Demons in a huge boost for coach Kade Klemke.
Former NBL player Luke Jamieson has left the club to pursue an employment opportunity in Mount Gambier while Liam Lupton has been delisted.
Sam Martyn, Ben Halse and Tom Faul have opted to step away from the NEAFL.
