The 13-day tour to France and Belgium in August and September include sites relevant to the story of Australian nurses and other women who were part of the 1914-1918 war effort.
Visits to cemeteries and commemorative sites will allow for individual remembrance of loved ones.
Ms Campbell said the tour was the first of its kind from Australia exclusively for women, and had been acknowledged by historians of both genders as a valuable extension to those already operating because it will allow female travellers to retrace the steps of the Anzacs in an encouraging environment.
"Military history is generally considered to be of interest to men, but there are many women who are also fascinated by the subject and keen to know more," she said.
"They may come to it through family history, as women are often the ones who undertake genealogical research, which leads to a desire to understand the broader context of the events in which a particular person participated.
"To enjoy this tour you don't need to know a lot about the First World War - we will be there to walk you through it in an interesting and engaging way. And there will be plenty of time for shopping and champagne as well."
The trip is being organised by the Boronia Travel Centre, a family owned business that has specialised in battlefield tours for more than 20 years.
