The NRL is set to welcome back small crowds when round five kicks off on Thursday night.
It means the Raiders could host corporates or sponsors at their next home game, but the only problem is that round-six encounter against the Manly Sea Eagles is at Campbelltown Stadium - 235 kilometres from where most of their sponsors are.
Furner said their focus was having crowds at Canberra Stadium when they return to playing there - hopefully against the South Sydney Rabbitohs in round 11.
But for their remaining three scheduled home games at Campbelltown he didn't expect the Raiders to be able to give too much value to their sponsors.
The Raiders did get a boost for their next trip up the Hume Highway though - for their away clash against the Wests Tigers at Campbelltown on Saturday - with the match review committee announcing on Monday there were no charges from their post-game melee.
Furner felt the return of small crowds this week wouldn't benefit the Raiders.

"Nothing really. We haven't really discussed it, but it's not like we can entertain corporate clients there," he said.
"Our sponsors are in Canberra so I think we'll mainly be concentrating on the South Sydney game here.
"By then it could be different. By then it could be all crowds back. I don't know. It's all suck-and-see sort of stuff. I don't think it's going to matter too much at Campbelltown, but certainly it will matter back here at GIO [Stadium].
"It's not a high priority for us. It's more working with the government and health officials to make sure we can maybe have a crowd for our home [games in Canberra].
"We're there [at Campbelltown] til then. That's the way it is. We'll hopefully have crowds back by round 11.
"We won't be back here until July 24. A lot of things could change between then and now so we'll do what we can when we can."
The Canberra Times revealed plans for the eastern grandstand at Canberra Stadium to be a "dirty zone" for spectators, leaving the western stand as a clean zone just for players.
Given the Raiders are stuck playing home games at Campbelltown for the next six weeks, it will likely start with the ACT Brumbies' return to Super Rugby action on July 3.
Furner said the revelations provided hope for the Raiders.
"Yeah that's right. We'll certainly do something at home here in Canberra," he said.
"If we're allowed 500, we'll do 500. If we're allowed more, we'll do more. But again we're worrying about that at GIO as opposed to Campbelltown."
