GOST + PhotoAccess
The Gallery of Small Things holds one group show a year and showcases a visual arts sector. In 2017, it was ceramics; in 2018, print media (a joint show with Megalo Print Studio + Gallery) and in 2019, painting (a curated show by Australian painter Ruth Waller). In 2020, GOST has teamed up with PhotoAccess to showcase emerging photography and photomedia artists. The exhibition is called 20/20 20x20 2020. Artists responded to the theme of perfect (20/20) vision in the year 2020. Each artwork is 20 centimetres wide and 20 centimetres high. The 13 selected artists were Sinead Allison, Damien Laing, Yvette Perine, Emily Bull, David Lindesey, Ian Skinner, Thomas Edmonson, Brian MacAlister, Sari Sutton, Sammy Hawker, Jason McDonald, Rowena Yates and Tessa Iveson The exhibition is open physically to the public until Sunday, September 6 at 7 Wade Street, Watson, every day from 11am to 4pm. galleryofsmallthings.com/exhibition.

Nicholas Craft
I am singing in a room is a project by singer-songwriter Nick Craft inspired by the technique used by Alvin Lucier's landmark 1969 avant-garde piece of the same title. The next stream will take place on on Saturday, August 22 at 4pm. risecanberra.com/whats-on/i-am-singing-in-a-room.
