Chef Josh Smith Thirkell from Capitol Bar and Grill at QT Canberra has created a bespoke meat tray for dad to take home. It contains one one-kilogram grass-fed beef tomahawk, four lamb tomahawk chops, two 300g Berkshire free-range pork cutlets, four pigs head sausages, and lemons, rosemary and garlic and a Wedgewood bone china plate from the original dining set of former Noah's Lakeside International Hotel. $250 per tray and it will feed four to six people. Pre-order by COB Thursday September 3. To order, call 02 6247 1488.
