The reigning champions will square off with fellow Canberra powerhouse Tuggeranong Valley in the Cricket ACT John Gallop Cup final on Sunday.
Both sides came up trumps to win semi-finals on a scorching Sunday with Creek outclassing ANU to the tune of 89 runs despite the absence of star batsman John Rogers at Stirling Oval.
Now Creek could become the first team in competition history to win four successive one-day titles. Both Creek (2004-05 to 2006-07 and 2017-18 to 2019-20) and Queanbeyan (2009-10 to 2011-12) have won three consecutive premierships.
Creek's chase for a fourth consecutive title got off to an impressive start as Zac Keogh scored 67 from 86 balls to steer the hosts to 9-264, with ANU all out for 175 in reply with emerging star Felix Ford the unbeaten man on 48.

Tuggeranong booked their ticket to the decider with a four-wicket win over Queanbeyan at Neil Bulger Oval.
Craig Devoy's five-wicket haul (5-29) saw Queanbeyan fold for 129 and put Tuggeranong in the box seat to move a step closer to their first one-day title in four years.
Dean Solway posted 45 from first drop but struggled to find support amid a Tuggeranong onslaught, leaving Queanbeyan's bowlers in need of a herculean effort.
They found a glimmer of hope when Tuggeranong fell to 5-95 but a stoic Blake Ivery (52 from 95 balls) propelled the visitors into the decider in 45.2 overs.
