The complex in the Nishi building on Phillip Street, New Acton, has been identified as a close contact location on Thursday, from 6pm to 8.45pm.
Anytime Fitness Weston has also been named as a close contact exposure location.
Someone is believed to have attended the gym while having COVID on Tuesday between 6.30am and 7.30am, Wednesday between 6.30am and 7.30am, as well as on Thursday between 6.30am and 7.15am.
The Australian National University's sports gym was named as a close contact site on Tuesday between 7.30pm and 10pm. A fencing class has been identified as of concern.

Several other locations have been identified as casual contact sites last week, including Bar Rochford on London Circuit last Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Token Arcade and Kitchen last Friday.
Jina's Hair Salon in Macquarie was also listed as a casual contact location on Thursday from 3.25pm to 4.35pm.
The new listing follows St Andrew's Village going into lockdown after cases of coronavirus were recorded at the facility this week.
Both staff and residents have tested positive to COVID-19 this week.
On Monday, it was revealed four more Canberra primary schools have been exposed to COVID-19.
Charles Weston School was exposed to the virus on Thursday, November 11 and Friday, November 12.
Mount Rogers Primary School and Bonython Primary School had people infectious on campus from Tuesday, November 9 to Thursday, November 11.
Someone was infectious at Duffy Primary School from Monday, November 8 to Friday November 12. The exposure date was originally November 8 to 11.
Meanwhile, the exposure dates at Orana Steiner School have been extended. Exposure at the independent school occurred on November 1, 2, 4 and from November 8 to 11.

- Orana Steiner School - Monday, November 1; Tuesday, November 2, Thursday, November 4, and Monday, November 8 to Thursday, November 11.
