'We need first-class sporting facilities': Raiders, Brumbies still want Civic stadium

The Canberra Raiders and ACT Brumbies hope a new stadium in Civic is still the main sporting infrastructure priority despite a new push to build a 10,000 seat venue in Wanniassa.
