Shots were fired at two people in a Land Rover near a Biggera Waters shopping centre on the Gold Coast by a man armed with a gun and wearing a balaclava.

Police said a firearm was shot into the Land Rover Range Rover in Oxley Drive at Biggera Waters shortly before 10pm on Saturday.
The driver and passenger, a 22-year-old woman and 38-year-old man, were not injured and called police after driving to an East Quay Drive address.
The armed man, who was wearing a dark hoodie, left the scene in a white Mercedes SUV before travelling north on Oxley Drive.
A short time later, police are believed to have found the car on fire on East Quay Drive following reports.
A crime scene was established in the eastern side of the shopping centre food court carpark with detectives seeking to identify those responsible.
A second and third crime scene was established where the Land Rover was left with multiple dents and where the Mercedes was found on fire on East Quay Drive.
