Grace was reported missing to ACT police on Monday, December 10. She was last seen by family members about 2am on Monday, December 3.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build, and about 175cm (5’9”) in height. Grace has brown eyes and long dark hair.
Police are concerned for Grace’s welfare and encourage her to attend a police station to confirm her wellbeing.
Anyone who has seen Grace or has any information about her whereabouts is urged to contact ACT Policing on 131 444.
