KNIGHTY HORROR PICTURE SHOW @ KNIGHTSBRIDGE PENTHOUSE

HALLOWEEN @ CUBE
If you fancy your Rocky Horror with a side of dancers, face painting and erotic nightmares beyond any measure, head to Cube for their Rocky Horror Picture Show performance by The Entertainment Hub Canberra. Cube, Civic. Friday 10pm-late. Tickets at the door.
BOOGONG
Take the 'goo' out of Googong and it gets a whole lot more spine-tingling. The Googong township is cracking open the crypt and bringing back Boogong. This year's theme is Twisted Circus. Stage performers, acrobats, live music, food vendors, costume competitions and fireworks await you and your carnies. Rockley Oval, Googong. Saturday 5-9pm. Free.
SPOOKTACULAR @ PALACE ELECTRIC

TRICK OR TREAT HUNT & LUNCH @ CONTENTIOUS CHARACTER

FLAUNT IT AND HAUNT IT @ POLIT BAR
If burlesque, cabaret, comedy and musical acts are your poison, head to Polit. For one night only, Tiger Lily and KREWD will entertain you with one wicked line-up. Polit Bar, Manuka. Friday 8-11pm. Tickets via Eventbrite. $25.

And if you're out of town this weekend, on Monday First Edition will be hosting a Halloween high tea for kids. This will involve delicious treats, face painting, spooky colouring in and mask decorating. Also listed is 'ghost making' which could either be a fairly intense workshop on how your child can attract a lost spirit or how to turn a sheet into a fake ghost. It's anyone's guest. First Edition, Civic. Monday 11am-1pm. Tickets via Eventbrite.
