A 43-year-old Victorian man has been charged with accessory to murder after the fact and will face the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday.
Last week, police charged 28-year-old Milan Urlich with the murder of Mr Carville, nearly six months after his remains were found in grassland in Canberra's east.
Mr Carville, 52, was reported missing from his Evatt home on November 5. His remains were found during a police line search on Defence land at Majura on November 19.
In a statement, ACT Policing said they were continuing to investigate his alleged murder and would not rule out any further arrests.
Police have refused to detail how Mr Carville died, saying only that his cause of death was a key element of the investigation.
