Emergency services were called to a property in Nicholls about 5am after a fire began in the roof space above garage.

Five people were evacuated from a house fire in Nicholls
An ACT Emergency Services Agency spokesman said the fire was believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
Five adults evacuated the home safely.
Two cars in the garage were not damaged in the fire.
