A Braddon man has been arrested over an aggravated burglary at the Chisholm Vikings Club where cash was stolen and $240,000 damage was caused to poker machines.

Police said the 32-year-old man is expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday morning charged over the aggravated burglary as well as a number of burglaries in the ACT between March and June this year.
He was arrested after police executed a search warrant at a Braddon residence on Wednesday.
The man has been charged with multiple offences relating to aggravated burglaries, including theft and property damage.
