It is a sight to bring a smile to every Canberra Raiders supporter – halfback Sam Williams has returned to training just 11 days after suffering a collapsed lung.
Williams completed some light ball work on Wednesday, but sat out the contact and fitness parts of the session.
The Raiders do not have a reliable date for the 24-year-old's return to the NRL, with Mitch Cornish set to retain the halfback role for Sunday's game against the Canterbury Bulldogs at Canberra Stadium.

Siblings Brian Sainsbury and Wendy Turner watched from prime position as the nation's fledgling capital city was constructed metres from their childhood home.
As the last family to live in Blundells Cottage, the Sainsburys saw the paddocks surrounding their house replaced by suburbs, government buildings and Lake Burley Griffin.
The National Capital Authority reopened the historic cottage and tourist attraction on Wednesday after six months of painstaking restoration works and a big overhaul of its exhibits.
