A cyclist has sustained head injuries after he was struck by a car in Isabella Plains on Tuesday afternoon.

Police were called to the corner of Isabella Drive and Drakeford Drive following reports a person had been hit shortly after 3pm.
An ACT Emergency Services Agency spokeswoman said a man, 44, had been treated by intensive care paramedics at the scene.
He suffered minor head injuries and was taken to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
All southbound lanes on Drakeford Drive were closed from the intersection of Erindale Drive.
Police also blocked westbound traffic on Isabella Drive from Clive Steel Avenue.
Traffic on Athllon Drive was diverted to Isabella Drive.
All lanes have since been reopened to motorists.
An ACT Policing spokesperson initially reported a pedestrian was hit, however ambulance crews have confirmed the person hit was a cyclist.
On Tuesday night an ACT Health spokeswoman confirmed the man remained in a stable condition in hospital.
