Night road closures are in place and work is well under way on the $288 million parkway, which will eventually connect Canberra's southern and northern highways.
Work in July will include the completion of fencing, continuing earthworks and the relocation of services such as overhead power lines.
Subject to wet weather, work will continue six days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 5pm.
Since July 1, Fairbairn Avenue has been closed from 8pm until 5am every night to allow work to begin on the Fairbairn Avenue bridge - the closures will continue until September 9.
Traffic controls will also remain in place along parts of Majura Road, Pialligo Avenue, Fairbairn Avenue and Morshead Drive as work continues.
The project is expected to be complete and operational by mid-2016, and is tipped to cut travel time down from the current 20 minutes along Majura Road, to just seven minutes by 2021.
