But his focus is purely on guiding the Raiders to a fourth straight win when they take on the New Zealand Warriors in Auckland on Friday.
He was expecting a desperate Warriors, who are part of a logjam of teams fighting to make the top eight.
With England half George Williams joining the Green Machine next season, Sezer has been linked to a move to English Super League club Huddersfield, while it's believed Leeds were also interested.
But the 28-year-old is contracted to the Raiders for 2020 and could opt to stay in Canberra and fight for the No.7 jersey.
For now, keeping the fourth-placed Raiders in the finals hunt is all that's on the playmaker's mind.
"I'm firmly focused on the next 10-12 weeks of the NRL and whatever happens happens. I'll leave that til the end of the year," Sezer said.

Sezer's manager Sam Ayoub said there was "nothing in the wind at the moment".
Ayoub also has off-contract Raiders winger Jordan Rapana on his books.
"I've been having ongoing chats with the Raiders," he said.
"They're aware that I've been having chats with other parties. At the end of the day Jordan's got to do what's best for himself."
Sezer was excellent in the Raiders' 30-18 victory over the Penrith Panthers on Sunday.
He scored a try off a Michael Oldfield kick, his own kick led to Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad's four-pointer and his passing game was onsong.
Sezer felt his combination with five-eighth Jack Wighton and hooker Josh Hodgson was starting to gel.
They've played six games together so far this season since Wighton made the switch from fullback.
"We've got a few games under our belt now and I'm really starting to understand Jacko as a five-eighth and the way he likes to play," Sezer said.
"The way we've simplified our attack and getting around the field we're very much on the same page. It's good for the team and it's good clarity for the team."
While praise is often heaped upon the Penrith halves Sezer helped vanquish, it's not always the case for Sezer himself.
He was criticised for his game management over the past two seasons, but hasn't been given much of the credit for Canberra's current form.
Raiders coach Ricky Stuart heaped praise on his half following the St George Illawarra win.
"I don't play the game for any credit. I enjoy putting my boots on playing the game of footy every week and I love my teammates at the moment," Sezer said.
"Hopefully we can keep improving and putting in a performance like that to make our fans and our club proud of us."
Meanwhile, Raiders second-rower Elliott Whitehead is likely to take the early guilty plea for his grade one contrary conduct charge for an incident involving Penrith halfback Nathan Cleary.
It means he'll have to pay a $1150 fine and is free to play the Warriors.
