Barr appeals to Porter for police oversight to be handed to ACT integrity commission

ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr has appealed to Attorney-General Christian Porter to relinquish oversight of ACT Policing to the territory's new integrity body, after Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton washed his hands of the organisation's metadata bungles.
