One of three former Green Machine stars are set to present the premiership rings if the Canberra Raiders win.
Mal Meninga is already going to play a massive part on NRL grand final day, creating history by blowing the Viking horn for the first time.
But he's one of three ex-Raiders who could present the rings if Canberra ends a 25-year premiership drought by beating the Sydney Roosters at Sydney Olympic Park on Sunday.
Two-time Clive Churchill Medallist Bradley Clyde and former Raiders captain Alan Tongue are the other two in the mix.
Clyde made a habit of being on the grand final podium, winning two premierships with the Raiders and also picking up the Clive Churchill twice - one as part of the losing team.
Meninga's known as the greatest Raider of all, having played in all three of their premierships - his final game coming the last time the Green Machine won it in 1994.
He's still a massive figure in rugby league, having led Queensland as coach through their recent dominance of State of Origin before taking over the reins of the Kangaroos.
Tongue was the heart and soul of Canberra during his playing days with his 220 NRL game career spanning 12 seasons - but he never got the chance to play in a grand final.
Each one of them would be deserving options come Sunday.
