Coach Adam Butt has made two changes to his side after Wallaroo Rebecca Smyth was ruled out with a broken nose.
Smyth's absence will pave the way for Ema Masi to move to openside flanker and rookie Zali Waihape-Andrews to shift to blindside flanker. Emily Sogal will return to the second row and Tayla Stanford will continue her return from a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.
The back line is unchanged, keeping teenager Ella Ryan at flyhalf in partnership with co-captain Jane Garraway.
"To lose Rebecca is obviously disappointing but we're really happy with the depth we have across not only the back row but the squad as whole," Butt said.
"We've been improving each week during the season and we know this week's match is going to be a big challenge but it's something we're ready for and we're confident we can step again."
The Brumbies have beaten Rugby WA and the Melbourne Rebels in their first two games, but face a stiffer test against NSW as part of a Super Rugby double-header.
