A South Coast man will face court charged with driving almost 100km/h over the speed limit and more than three times the legal alcohol limit, all while his young daughter was unrestrained in the back seat.

The 34-year-old Batehaven man was seen by highway patrol officers on George Bass Drive near Broulee about 1.15am on Sunday, driving at 193km/h in a 100km/h zone while also without his lights on.
The Batehaven man's seven-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car without a seatbelt during the incident.
Police pulled the man over on North Head Drive near Moruya Bridge and breath tested him, and returned a reading of 0.137.
The man was arrested and charged with mid-range drink driving, speeding more than 45km/h over the limit, reckless and dangerous driving, driving with a passenger under 16 no restrained and resisting an officer.
He appeared before Wollongong Local Court on Sunday, where bail was formally refused.
The man will face the same court on Tuesday.
A child-at-risk notification has been made by police.
Commander of NSW Traffic and Highway patrol assistant commissioner Michael Corboy said he was shocked by the incident.
"To put a child in harm's way is particularly appalling. There are no excuses for this behaviour," he said.
"We make no apologies for taking the appropriate actions against those selfish enough to get behind the wheel while under the influence and jeopardising the safety of the community."
Double demerits were in effect at the time of the incident.
