The 29-year-old will lead her Rally Cycling team at La Course by Le Tour de France in Nice on August 9.
Hosking won the 2016 La Course on the famous Champs-Elysees and the sprinter feels this year's edition will also suit her.
"The course looks really fast which is to my liking," she said.
"Winning along the Champs-Élysées was an incredible feeling. It's the pinnacle of our sport and I can't wait to give it another go."
