His comments come after the Raiders board sacked him on Monday after an assault charge was laid over an incident at a Canberra nightclub in May. He's planning to fight the charge.
Scott's former Raiders teammate Josh Hodgson has reached out to the 23-year-old, who he said was pretty down.
The former Canberra centre took aim at the NRL club on Instagram on Monday night, claiming they leaked information from a year ago about a fight with former teammate John Bateman.
It's believed the board took into account several other incidents - which the club kept dealt with in house - along with the one at Kokomo's on May 30, which The Canberra Times revealed CCTV footage of.
Scott took exception to some of those details being revealed and pointed to the recent release of George Williams, who returned to England due to homesickness, as evidence player welfare wasn't Canberra's priority.
He's reportedly joined Alcoholics Anonymous and undertaken psychiatric treatment in a bid to get his rugby league career back on track.
"I opened up about extremely personal information regarding my mental health and current struggles, I have just lost what feels like everything to me and I can't understand why Canberra have continued to kick me while I'm down and now leak in-house information that was dealt with over a year ago regarding a former player," Scott posted.
"The club has nothing to gain out of this ... in my opinion it's a low act and they have shown and proved that they have no real care factor for players welfare.
"It's not the first time this has happened to a player at the Raiders that has come out about mental health struggles."

Hodgson said he'd checked in on his former teammate, but didn't want to be drawn on the club's decision to sack Scott just two games before the end of the regular season.
He said Scott was probably feeling exactly what he wrote in his Instagram post.
Hodgson admitted he didn't know what to say to the 23-year-old at times and the distance made it hard.
The Green Machine are currently based on the Gold Coast, while Scott was training at Raiders HQ in Canberra before he was sacked.
"I'm sure he probably feels that way if that's what he wrote because Scotty's been on his own for a long time back in Canberra and away in Sydney and we've been up here," Hodgson said.
"He really feels isolated and I guess that's why so many of us have been reaching out to him.
"He's pretty down obviously as you can imagine and just really unsure what his future's going to look like."
Raiders halfback Matt Frawley said the off-field drama wouldn't be a distraction ahead of their must-win game against the New Zealand Warriors at Mackay on Friday night.
"I don't think so. The way the situation's been, Scotty hasn't been up here on the Gold Coast with us," he said.
"We've got to be there to support him. That's our main priority and also our main priority is getting a win on the weekend.
"I don't think it's going to be a distraction."
