The new cases bring the number of active cases to 98. There have been 2040 total cases associated with this outbreak.
Six people are in ACT hospitals with active and cleared cases of the virus, including three people in ICU, though none of them are ventilated.
Meanwhile, 1511 negative tests were returned in the 24 hours to 9am Monday.
Schools among latest exposure sites
Two schools in Canberra's inner north were added to COVID-19 exposure sites on Sunday.
Black Mountain School in O'Connor and Majura Primary School in Watson were both listed as being exposure sites on Wednesday, December 1.
The case associated with Majura Primary School was counted in Sunday's figures, an ACT Health spokesperson confirmed.

The spokesperson said there were approximately 100 close contacts as a result of the exposure, but there were "no links to the Omicron variant" as of Sunday evening.
The latest casual exposure sites, added on Sunday evening, include Next Gen Canberra in Lyneham, Dickson Tap House, Hyatt Hotel Clubhouse, Marble & Grain in Braddon and Two Sisters Lao Thai Cuisine in Dickson.

NSW has recorded 208 COVID-19 cases and no new deaths, with the state currently reporting 15 cases of the Omicron variant of the virus.
The new cases were recorded from 61,132 tests recorded in the 24 hours until 8pm on Sunday.
There are 152 people with COVID in NSW hospitals, 24 of them in ICU.
The state's adult vaccination rate remains at 94.6 per cent first-dose coverage while 92.8 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Victoria has recorded 1073 new COVID-19 infections and another six deaths, as the premier pledges to try to keep the state's border open amid the Omicron variant spreading elsewhere.
The health department confirmed on Monday the state is now managing 16,503 active COVID-19 cases.
There are 310 patients in the state's hospitals, 90 of whom are in intensive care and 19 requiring ventilation.
More than 91 per cent of Victorians are fully vaccinated.
