Police are investigating a crash that left a cyclist in Canberra Hospital with head injuries.

NSW Police said the 50-year-old man was involved in a crash with a Toyota Hilux at the intersection of Tumut Plains Road and East Street, in Tumut, just after 8pm on Thursday.
He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Tumut Hospital and later airlifted to Canberra.
The driver of the Hilux, a 19-year-old man, was not injured and was taken to Tumut Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
Police urged anyone with information about the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers NSW website.
