Smoke from the tank of a resident lizard at a preschool has forced the evacuation of about 90 people in Acton.

Emergency services were called to the Australian National University's preschool and child care centre off Lennox Crossing in Acton just before 2pm.
When ACT Fire and Rescue arrived they found a small amount of smoke and smouldering tanbark coming from Leo the lizard's tank.
About 85 preschoolers, parents and carers were evacuated from the building. No one was hurt in the incident, including Leo.
The Canberra Times has been told Leo the lizard is safe and sound. He was temporarily removed from his aquarium while the smouldering bark was removed.
Crews removed the tanbark from the area and the building was in the process of being re-occupied as of 2.30pm.
