More than 200 Canberra VIPs hit the red carpet on Friday night at the event ahead of sales being released on Saturday.
The event, at the Geocon city sales office, was inspired by Envie, which is being marketed as "a private oasis" in the CBD with internal gardens and views over Glebe Park.
Geocon's marketing director Melanie Hindson said the office was transformed into a garden oasis with jungle plants, snakes and gold peacock entertainers donning the red carpet.
There was also a green champagne wall, garden swing photobooth and custom hibiscus cocktail," she said.
“Our invite-only events have become some of the most extravagant on the Canberra social scene.
"With no expense spared we go above and beyond to put on a luxurious affair to celebrate our latest developments and VIP buyers."
Envie has been designed by architects Fender Katsalidas and includes 90 apartments across eight levels.
It also includes five ground-floor commercial units.
Construction of Envie is expected to start in the next few months, with the development due to be completed in 2021.
